Silly me

Thanks to María I learned to laugh when my heart was aching the most.  I was in the middle of a personal situation really hard to deal with when Maria hit my beloved Island.  I had two choices by then, stay at home crying for my own situation, or rolled my sleeves and start working collectively to help my people.  It was a very hard moment, not knowing anything about some of my family members for days, not knowing even, how to start to help makes me stronger.  Today, 7 months later, I'm the Team Leader of Puerto Rico Rises and the Blog Director. So... Thank you Maria, because of you I stand in my feet and FIGHT! Note that the picture is not portraying the sadness, but the silliness that helped me to go through those hard days.
